Had a great experience with Bespoke Law. Their charge was very competitive, my conveyancer Aruj was thorough, responsible, protecting my interests as a buyer. I had a few phone calls with her, she was always nice, knowledgeable and highly professional. Was billed for a few items unexpected, she listened and rectified the bill. After the exchange, I needed to push back the completion deadline due to change of circumstances, Aruj was leaving the firm but still took the time and helped answer my questions and facilitated to help not increase the fee. Also a 'thank you' to her line manager who signed it off. I felt sad that Aruj left, but with Lillian's help, I today completed smoothly, and Lillian has been very helpful as well for taking my calls and answering my emails so promptly. It might not sound a big deal, but things could be very touch behind the scene, so I appreciate it. A big thank you to my conveyancers and also the wide team of Bespoke Law, I was very satisfied, thank you!

No real issues when dealing with Bespoke Law Services. There was a change in staffing which maybe slowed things down a bit. However, they were easy to deal with & always available. As a first time buyer, Kelly was very understanding & gave me lots of guidance & support. She worked in my best interest & gave a great service.

Do not use this company, bought andsold a lot of properties in my time and this company has to be the worst, I would not use if you want to sell your property. My buyers eventually backed out after trying for 6 months to get the property bought. My solicitor told me repeatedly that we were exchanging contract the following week and said everything was fine when infact the buyers question's had not been answered and it would be at least another 6 weeks away from completion, my estate agents even wrote to bedpoke to tell them that they where letting there client down and to answer the buyers questions but the buyers now had no faith in the sale happening and finally back out. I was then hit will another bill after the sale fell through (abortive fee) when it was actually in my opinion bespoke who lost my buyer. I complained about the way the case was handled and I dont feel I was taken seriously and some of my emails were ignored.(yet they can quickly respond to my review) I will never use this company again and hope that no one else has to go through what I did.

Joe amd Samantha were friendly, easy to contact and quick at getting things done. They helped our sale to go through quickly and easily, explaining anything we were unsure of.

Laura Guy has been brilliant. Our sale and purchase might go down in history as one of the worst ever to deal with, but Laura has been great throughout and managed to get everything over the line despite everything. 100% would recommend and if we ever decide to move house again we would definitely be using Bespoke Law Services again.

My most recent experience dealing with Bespoke Law Services was very positive. Joe and Samantha dealt with everything very efficiently indeed, both for an initial sale that fell though in the last stages, and for the eventual sale that we just completed. Bespoke Law Services is cheaper than using a local solicitor and because they specialise in conveyancing it's also more straight forward. I have used them several times now and can definitely recommend.

Not a professional or competent Conveyancing firm. This company failed to provide a quality service. Failed to complete my land purchase. I had to cancel their service and find another company (who completed my sale easily). And is still pursuing me for money, for a service I did not get. I strongly urge you to read the reviews and find another company to work with.

Honestly couldn’t fault Bespoke Law with our conveyancing. They stand apart from other solicitors and made a very complex house move seem seamless throughout. They always answer calls, get things done in a timely manner, are open and honest about expectations and Miles and Tizzy in particular were very knowledgeable and helpful. We would use them again without doubt and I highly recommend them to anyone moving home.

I had a great experience with Bespoke Law services. Their competitive pricing through to a good service was all well done. Every email was answered immediately and I was kept abreast of how things were progressing. I always felt that they were on my side. Our estate agent warned us off but I am so glad we stayed with BLS.

After reading glowing reviews on Trustpilot, I was misled into using this unethical, unprofessional bunch of chancers. Look at the reviews on their own website and Google and you will see other horror stories like mine. I was allocated Nahila Hussain after accepting their quote, which didn't include nearly 30%of additional charges once I had started the conveyancing for my house sale. When I rang to query these extra charges I was berated very rudely and aggressively by Ms Hussain for 47mins. In the end she offered to cancel the file and give me a refund as she said no work had yet been done. I had spent ££s on getting certified copies and printing and sending docs (NOTHING IS DONE REMOTELY AS THEY CLAIM ..THEY DON'T HAVE A PORTAL) so was reluctant but I agreed as she repeated I would get a full refund. I had to start all over again with another Company wasting about a month! I did not get the promised refund, they have now held on to my money for nearly 2 months. I have started a formal complaint but they are so shameless that they haven't even acknowledged it, let alone responded. Today I received a demand for money for work she said they'd carried out, even though she'd already told me beforehand that no work had been done on my file. No mention of the £270 of mine they are still holding. Next step is the legal Ombudsman. Please don't put yourself through this or you will be truly sorry

Would recommend using BLS, particuarly if you're a first time buyer and not sure what's going on throughout the process. Joe H. and his team also made it an easy transition following the collapse of the original purchase and opening up a new file for the next.

Very smooth service from beginning to end. Communication was great, everything was clearly explained and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. No issues at all throughout the whole process, and house completed in good time and was a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Fast, friendly and efficient staff. Makes a change to get a fast answer to queries and questions, past experience of Solicitors have been almost as up to date as the 19th century. Bit pricey though; but hey - I don’t begrudge paying a bit over the top for this kind of service..

We needed a conveyancing team that could complete within 12 weeks and do everything efficiently and respond promptly by email keeping us up to date with developments as we were out of the country for the main part of the process - Bespoke Law promised they could and they did!
