This online law firm, give a great quote but the devil is in the detail and they have SMALL PRINT for every charge you couldn't imagine possible. In 40 years both as individual buyer/seller but as landlord, I never knew such extras existed, they have themselves fully covered to take your bill to the highest possible. Joe Hadden is an EXTRAORDINARY conveyancer, the best, but bills are bills. Amanda Rose (my previous conveyancer) was the most passive aggressive, knew everything and more, even when I mentioned in 40 years, I have never had such an experience (with her), she said, I've had more experience doing this than you. Sent me what felt like 100s of attachments to print (yes your ink will be truly eaten) with zero instructions where to sign, she even managed to mislaid a couriered legal document (I couriered and paid for) so duplicate that. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. It would have been 0 or max 1 stars if not for Joe, he gets a star for his work.

Bespoke lawyers were brilliant from the start, Samatha Wadmore and then Joe Haddon were amazing, no hold ups, fast and clear responses to email . I bought the property within 3months. Wish Bespoke Law services ran the country haha! Andrew S

Contacts sent with wrong selling price. TR1 form sent with incorrect details.lots of hidden charges. Shame as it started off very promising. Would never recommend and never use again.

I felt very comfortable with Bespoke Law Services. Amanda was my conveyancer and she was really amazing. She was always answering on time to my email and she drove me through all the operations in a stunning way. We manage to exchange contract in a very short time, and only because she worked hard to submit all my documents and stuff. Really grateful to her!!!

Unfortunately we did not receive the 5 star service that many have written about. Our main issue was communication throughout the process. Not once did our named solicitor call us back, and we had to chase the whole time. Our target completion date was ignored and no effort made to stick to it, or advise us what the hold ups were. On one occasion when I urgently needed something clarified, no attempt was made to help and eventually I was told to put in a written complaint - not helpful! Final fees bill was over 3x the quoted amount with no explanation or prior advice. I had no choice but to pay as we were desperate to complete by this time. Official complaint emailed in but as yet no response, Ref 104634.001

Joe kept us updated throughout the whole process and was transparent about fees and what needs to be provided on our end. He would also send us updates on queries with the seller's solicitors. Most of the process was smooth with the exception to near the end where our file moved between solicitors and then back to Joe (due to being on leave) which lead to context switching and delays on the solicitor side and some stress on our side. It was also quite hard to get a hold of the solicitors via call towards our exchange date however they promptly replied to emails.

Lillian Fisher dealt with the sale of our home, she was efficient, she kept in touch with us, she explained everything and answered all our questions. With all the paperwork we needed to gather and complete she was very clear in her instructions so it made the whole process much easier for us. We would definitely use the company again

Had conveyancing for my first home through Bespoke and was helped by Rahila. My journey with Bespoke spans over a year and can say they are very thorough and professional. Thank you to the three people who dealt with my purchase. Everything went very smoothly. Engaging a non-high street conveyancer might seem a bit risky. It isn’t if you choose Bespoke. Service is excellent. Charges are transparent and explained upfront. Bespoke does everything a high street solicitor does without the need to traipse into a stuffy office to sign papers. If you want to speak to the team you just lift the phone. Service is personal (though not in person), efficient and cheaper than the ‘high street’ firm.

Very unresponsive. Leave phone messages and emails to the conveyancer with no reply. They are not expensive but if you really have to use them I suggest allowing 3 months for them to do things and even then you won't know how things are progressing. They are very frustrating

It felt very much like a personal service having the same point of contact, she would always respond quickly to emails and picked up the phone everytime I called her. There were extra items that needed to be added but these were discussed first and I had to approve them before going ahead, these cannot be foreseen. Exceptional service and a very reasonable cost..

Laura was our conveyancer and we had a really seemless first time buying! It’s really difficult when you’re a first time buyer as you don’t know the process and it can sometimes feel slow. However, Laura and the team were amazing and got everything over the finish line exactly in time! Hopefully we won’t be moving anytime soon (as it was pretty stressful) but if we do, we’ll definitely be using Bespoke Law Services! Thank you all so so much!!

Thank god for Chloe Macfarlane! I rate Chloe 5 stars personally for her speedy responses, efficiency and friendly attitude. Once she got hold of our case, things proceeded quickly, she was an absolute star - I have no doubt that if our case was not passed to her we would not have completed on time. Although I rate Chloe highly, I was not impressed with the service received from the case handler’s we had before we were passed to her. Although it worked out well in the end being passed to Chloe, it was unnerving to be passed to 3 different people throughout the process without any explanation why, and made it hard to keep track of things. I found the other case handlers were slow to respond and as a first time buyer doing all of this for the first time, I did not feel very supported by them. For this reason, my overall review is 3 star, but that in no way reflects Chloe’s service, she was brilliant and my review would be 5 star if we had her from the start!

Absolutely appalling company, adds additional fees once the purchase deposit has been paid. Fees doubled form the first quote. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off, I honestly cannot believe this company has any positive reviews. READ THE SMALL PRINT.

AVOID AT ALL COST Bespoke Law Service provided me with a quote, I phoned up to double check if there would be any additional costings, I was told no. This company provides a quote which doesn't include all their costings. They swamp you with legal paperwork with additional costs, however this is only received once you have paid the purchase deposit. Our fees went from a quote of £997 to £1800. Even on the day of completion we had an email stating they could not complete without a further £183, no explanation of what this was for. We were charged an additional fee of £75 for expediting the completion, never once did we request for the completion to be expedited. This company is well aware of the situation. They did a swift job, but if you are not in a position to pay additional fees I would avoid!! A massive lesson learnt and obviously should of read the small print thoroughly.

Brilliant solicitors. My conveyancer at Bespoke Law Services was Joe Hadden, assisted by Frankie Littleproud. The process of buying my first house was so much smoother than I anticipated and I think this was largely down to the work of Joe and Frankie chasing up documents and guiding me through the process. Their responses to my queries were always prompt and their proactivity ensured there were no delays in the purchasing of the property. Huge thanks for all that you did! I would highly recommend them and Bespoke Law Services to those wishing to buy or sell their house.

Follow up from my previous reviews many thanks to Will Dalton for dealing with my complaint personally. It is clear that he is fully invested in Bespoke and accepts any comment good or bad with a positive perspective. All has been resolved to my satisfaction and i hope that based on all the very positive reviews on this site mine although negative is just a one off.

As first time buyers, we had heard a number of horror stories about solicitors/ conveyancers when buying a house. But I have to say Bespoke Law Services were faultless and I am so glad we chose them. Rahila and Chloe were both always helpful, responsive and kept us well informed and we cannot thank them both enough. I have already started recommending Bespoke Law Services to others and will absolutely continue to do so.
