Great service from Tufferman as order three seperate times during nov dec and Jan for our new home. Great customer services amending addresses very quickly. Would reccomend this to others. As spotted this via Amazon and bought directly from tufferman. Tidy and easy to build. 7 Stars for descriptions, delivery and customer services.

I recently ordered a storage rack system and 8 plastic boxes from Tufferman for my garage. The online order was executed quickly and within 4 days the goods arrived. Unfortunately two of the plastic lids were damaged. I contacted Tufferman and they sent replacement's within two days. Excellent customer services.

“We use the best delivery people…..” so says Tufferman. The delivery driver was the most arrogant and unfriendly person ever. If that’s the best please don’t use the worst. Previous employer the Gestapo or the KGB.

Fantastic racking. I use this in my fish house. This is my 3rd set very good for heavy fish tanks with no rust problems. Very good delivery polite and always will to help. I made hard work of my first try putting it together. It really is very easy because of that I gave it to much thought. I would give this a 6 if there was one.

I recently moved house and added 2 new Tufferman shelf units to my new garage to help with storage. I already had a set of 3 of these units and they have been excellent. They arrived promptly, were easy to construct and very useful way of keeping items organised in a space such as a garage. Durable and no nonsense - just great.
