Good product, Good Price Good delivery Speed Packaging could be better, end of boxes do not have enough protection and many beams have bent/creased ends. Not an issue for me as nothing a hammer couldn't fix, but given the boxes are 27 kgs and no doubt dropped on their ends, the packaging should be sturdy enough to protect the contents and they are not. So the shelves are fine once some remediation is complete, but it kind of takes the gloss off an otherwise very good product/service

Great garage shelving, well packaged, easy assembly. Ordered and paid for selected day delivery, the external courier didn't email me, but Tufferman assured me it was out for delivery. It arrived on day (delivery is between 8am and 6pm so may be worth ordering day before you intend to build it. I ordered clear boxes some were damaged, but again Tufferman sorted it ,and replacements were quickly dispatched without any hassle. Well designed practical garage storage.

In the end, I received excellent shelving, which was relativity easy to assemble when I eventually got all the parts and looks good. However, the courier, DX Delivery, left a lot to be desired! The parcel should have weighed 30kgs. It did not. It had been left in the wet overnight so the packaging had collapsed and 90% of parts were missing. The delivery was a day late even after having paid a fee for same day delivery. Make sure this company does not deliver your order. On the other hand, Tufferman kindly replaced the entire order at no further cost and it arrived the next day.

Very pleased with Storalex shelving from Tufferman. Everything arrived in good condition and, was easy to assemble. Shelving is sturdy. Delivery arrived day after expected but, all in all, very pleased with this order and would recommend this company.

Probably when I watched driver walking over boxes and not talking care with other peoples deliveries. Informed Office and replacements sent. Delivery company is renowned for poor service.

Fast delivery. Great shelving. Perfect for what we want. Struggled at first but we watched a YouTube video a couple of times to get the parts erected in the right order and it was easy after that. We've bought 4 bays for the house and will buy more for the sheds.

Simple construction units for the garage. Very easy to assemble but you will need a rubber mallet. We put our first one together in about half an hour just using the included instructions. Pretty stable and decent value for money. We are just working out the sizes to order for the rest of the garage now. Recommended.
