Products all damaged in transit - basically told to email pictures of damages and they’ll think about returns. Not great service.

This company is very poor, their customer service operatives very unhelpful and rude. The wooden shelving is rubbish quality, has all buckled and warped. Very unhappy the company wouldnt replace them. Advise anyone not to use this company

Great product - poor returns policy

I ordered shelving systems for multiple duties. The VRS heavy duty system and the VRS lighter type. Both are fine for their respective tasks. Assembly is reasonably smooth although sometimes the tongues require some persuasion to engage with the slots. I have placed subsequent orders and would recommend. Service from Tufferman was good.

I bought the shelving for my garage. The shelving is not bad but the centre support beam could do with a bit more thought has I only put 2x paint cans on it and it popped out resulting in the wood shelf to slip out. Good job the shelf was close to the floor

There was a bit of a delay with the UPS delivery , which arrived on the Monday having first been advised that the goods would be delivered on the Friday around Midday . The advice was then changed to a Saturday delivery , but nothing showed up until Monday. This however was not a problem for me and nothing to do with Tufferman. Good service otherwise from Tufferman. !

Racking is very sturdy though I did go for the 500kg shelf capacity. Ordered in the morning arrived next day. Simple to put together once you use a hand clamp on one end of the cross members, that’s if you attempt construction on your own.

Very, Very happy,best if you have a helper to put up but i did this myself and just took my time. All my gear 4 amps 3 syths 2 monitors 1 mixing board and still room for more, happy days, solid as a rock and does not move about when playing, very nice finish on the beams. glad i did not go for a music stand rack, Well done Tufferman.
