Quick & easy set up, when I reported a chipped couple of boards replacements were sent out within a few days(2) excellent customer service. Great product.

Racking is strong but was easy to assemble. Delivery was quick and on time. Price was Good.

The racking was perfect however one of the packages had multiple damages, the customer service team were excellent even though the replacements were lost in transit however we eventually got there!

Does what it says on the tin spot on you admin staff deserve a medal had issues with your app and my bank and the lady involved in sorting this deserves a Christmas bonus You will be recommend to anyone that asks about my racking many thanks Kevin boulton

Excellent product. I did have a minor problem getting the one of the crossbeams to interlock with one of the upright supports. However, now fully assembled I am very pleased.

Efficient website - very quick delivery

Easy construction for one person and good solid shelves. These are the 3rd set I have bought now for my store room. Really pleased with them.

Apart from some slightly damaged corners, which is always a problem with mdf/chipboard. It all got delivered at once, next day delivery was actually next day which is always a blessing lol

Order came on time. Being in my eighties and not so agile, it took a bit long to figger out what went where. Once that was done on the first unit, other two were easier. Finished units are great for use in the garage.

Unit arrived with rusty parts and damaged shelves. The support beams don’t fit properly, therefore don’t take any weight and just fall out. Customer service engagement painful - had to provide endless photos before any resolution was offered. Replacement parts still don’t fit because it’s a bad design. Customer service rep recommended I bend the parts to fit with a screwdriver… Was offered a partial refund at one point which was then retracted by someone else. I’ve given up trying to get my problems resolved and am settling for a really poor product at a premium price point. Wish I’d gone with BiGDUG!

Goods were damaged in transit and replaced at the earliest opportunity with no problems.

Shelving unit was easy to assemble, but definitely easier with two people. Not convinced the shelves will support the weight advertised, but that's not an issue for what we want to store. There was a mistake with the delivery date, but this was very quickly, competently and politely resolved by Jess.
