SHOCKING !!! Don't bother, purchase from elsewhere... Racking / Shelving delivered were damaged. Boxes all wripped open, metal racking was scratched / bent / dented. Finally got everything returned & had a full refund. Would never purchase from here again, and definitely NOT recommend to anyone

Excellent product, good price and speedy careful delivery.

Very pleased with shelves. Delivery on time, all the pieces correct. Instruction's good (but the video online was especially helpful) So all in all a good experience and if we need more shelves in the future will be happy to use this company again.

Based on the advertising and the branding we expected something formal robust than what was received. The MDF shelves are thin and don’t give much confidence to me for the heavier items over long period of time, specially if the air is damp where I have used them ( Garage) the framework is very flimsy and the feet break off. I want to qualify this review on the basis that the person who installed it is extremely competent with this kind of thing and we are both very disappointed with what we received

I am asked to explain why my 'experience' of buying Tufferman shelves was 'so great'. Every company asked the same question for their product/service. It was not an experience; they're shelves. They are very good shelves and supplied as promised at a price I was comfortable with - hence the 5 stars. They are well made, sturdy and lightweight and they slot together well, without fasteners, and with the need for only 2 basic tools. The instructions are clear, once acquainted with the various parts, and written for a first timer but once the first shelf set was put together, I found a simpler way to do the remainder. I purchased 2 x 3 sets (i.e. 6 shelves) and am very pleased with the product. I save myself for mor interesting things before I'll comment on experiences.

Order was not delivered by courier on date specified and there missing items, however Tufferman customer service was excellent and all was rectified within days including a refund of the extra cost of named date delivery.

The parcels were just left on the doorstep. When opened the shelves were chipped. I emailed to ask for replacements and I have had no reply. I have built the shelves now but have to tolerate the damaged corners even though they were bought brand new.

High quality shelving (SX-400) but delivery was a disaster. "They don't deliver" you may say which is true, but their customer services didn't seem to have a packing list so could not tell me what was in the missing package (which has never turned up). I had to unpack my order and tell them what was missing! Still all's well that ends well but 11 days from order to having the shelves and workbench finished in my garage. Their customer services were very helpful.
