I had some boxes off you and 3 lids were broken

The shelves I received are well built and sturdy. It was nice to see a rubber mallet included, but it was such a cheapo that the head would only stay on for a few strikes. I ran a screw through the top to keep it on. My only real gripes where that I paid around 20 quid extra for "next day" delivery and received the frame the next day, but the shelf boards the day after. I called to check and was happy to find a real person answered and was able to give a reasonable explanation. That and there were no assembly instructions included. No biggie as I'd built similar shelves before. I'm sure they were on the website if needed. Good stuff though. I would definitely buy from them again.

Only problem I had was I needed a third hand to hold everything steady when building the units - absolutely fine once completed

Great experience. Fast delivery. Easy to assemble. Very strongly built. One small tip for assembly - use your thumb to press back the little lugs so that they slide into place easily.

Delivered promptly. Have previously has same shelving so a repeat order.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase. The racking meets my needs perfectly. It is robust enough for the equipment I need to store. My only suggestion would be to improve the assembly instructions. The assembly process is not difficult when you have worked out how to do it, but maybe it would help to get started more quickly if the parts were numbered.

Not as tuff as name suggests. Arrived this morning and some parts taken out of box are damaged ! Hope thats not an omen of things go come.

Well made easy to assemble very Strong and sturdy. I'm now able to organise my tools and storage items securely and find them again easily. Highly recommend

The shelves was so useful & once you got the hang of putting it together it was quite easy. I have only 1 problem I have is that the top of the bench I don’t know to get if to go in.

My order arrived on time and I’ve started assembling the first set of racking and all has gone together as the instructions. Make sure you follow these instructions and assembly is easy. Quality of product is excellent.

Quite possibly the worst purchase I have made this year. These items were not cheap, nearly 400 gbp. It wasn't delivered in the timescale as promised. The two shelving units were damaged on delivery, one was only noticed when it was unpacked and partially assembled, the other wasn't unpacked. I complained and was initially told I couldn't return the items, and then was told I couldn't return the partially built item, and I would have to cover the cost of the return for the other items. The shelves themselves were damaged and unusable, all the corners had been dragged across the floor and the mdf was torn and split, on both the unpacked and intact units. The quality the metal cross braces and shelf supports was laughably flimsy. I am in the process of trying to resolve this matter but am not getting anywhere. Do not bother with this product go somewhere else. If I get my money back it will be a miracle.

I sent two emails on sat 22nd November re my order I’m missing theMDF boards for one rack I ordered two racks and only recieved 1 set I look forward to your reply Chris

Tufferman delivered next day as promised. The instructions for these shelves were terrible, impossible to follow and the arrows that were supposed to be out the uprights were not there making it even harder. Product itself is very flimsy and massively overpriced.

I paid for some parts that did not come plus some of the goods where damaged

Easy to fit together,all parts fitted correctly without any adjustments,two bays took 20 minutes each for one person. Looks good in my garage, plenty of storage space, very happy.

Still waiting for my order. still have not received it.
