I received the wrong item when ordered which was a bit disappointing. Update: However, when I contacted them about the issue I had wonderful service. Received the correct item the next day and a courier arrived the same day to collect the wrong item. Will definitely use them again.

My delivery was here on time. Gin bottle is a bit little, but my error I did not check how big it is and the card was written on upside down. It’s a present for my son in law, it’s his favourite, happy I got it in time for Christmas.

Not happy with presentation box All scuffed and its for a present ! Emily Let me tell you that your way of packaging has damaged the box You should follow the footsteps of your competition and put the box in the enflatable tube packaging a much better concept and then customers are not disappointed I had to get something last minute for a birthday present to save embarisment and the new one that is apparently being swapped tomorrow Will do as a Xmas present !

Hi, This was going to be a 1 star, if it were not for the rapid refund. I placed my order on the 2nd with the standard 5 day delivery. 9 days later no delivery and no update. I emailed twice, no reply. So I called the number on my email confirmation and spoke to a helpful person who explained the item was not in stock. We agreed a refund would be the best solution. So, I have my money, but someone is going without a Christmas present this year. :-(
