United Kingdom | 08 December 2021Glossy website and well-priced stock but their delivery system is an utter shambles. Basically I had someone else's order delivered to me. Twice. I contacted customer services and a courier was arranged to collect the first incorrect order the following day. They never showed up. A replacement for my original order was sent out and arrived 2 days later, but this turned out to be someone else's order yet again! How can it got wrong TWICE??? I contacted customer services again and cancelled my initial order but was told I would not be refunded until the wrong orders had been returned. Two separate couriers then showed up on consecutive days to collect them, and they were delivered back to Spirits Kiosk within a couple of days according to the tracking info I was given. It took a further 5 days for my refund to go back on my credit card. NOT a great service. I can only hope they now have someone double checking that the correct delivery labels are going on the correct orders, but I will not be trying their service again to find out.

United Kingdom | 08 December 2021I ordered some expensive rum on Black Friday but received a bottle of pistachio syrup instead. I tried to complain using the online feedback form but this was ignored. I searched for ages and found a phone number, the guy who answered promised that a replacement bottle would be sent out asap but there's no sign of it, and no sign of the courier which was supposedly sent to collect the wrong bottle. Beware dealing with this lot, at best they're horribly disorganised.
