Awful. I ordered on the 23rd November, told delivery would be 26th. Delivery has not even been sent to courier by 7th December, and despite messaging and emailing the company twice I have had no acknowledgment or reply to my concerns. Zero customer service and I would give a zero rating if I could. They did generically email me and asked for a trustpilot review though. UPDATE: After posting they did get it touch, and after much to-ing and fro-ing I am now happy with Spirits kiosk. They were very apologetic and maintained contact whilst the problem was resolved and left me happy with the outcome. Thanks David.

The only problem is their delivery which they charge for express delivery but there is no option to change the delivery slot. There should have been much flexibility. I had to miss an important appointment just because the DPD guy was supposed to come during that time and when I try to change the slot it was showing in the week after whereas I have paid for the express delivery.
