I ordered some LED replacements for some fluorescent tubes. Very pleased with the product - a direct replacement that's brighter and cheaper to run, and starts instantly. One tube was damaged in transit though. A quick email to them, and a replacement was dispatched the very same day. Very good customer service - would recommend and use again. Thanks!

I am a qualified Electrician running my own jobs. I've ordered from Lampshoponline before and the service was okay at best, but this time around it was absolutely HORRENDOUS!! I called to order over the phone, I gave the alt address, paid and hung up. 10mins later the sales woman called back saying she's made a mistake and I'd have to pay more. After going back and forth and requesting to speak to a manager (who was conveniently unavailable), she agreed to send my goods. Nearly 3 weeks later I get a call from the shipping company saying they are making delivery to the wrong address. They then explain Lampshoponline's complex distribution network that runs through about 4x different companies for one region. When they finally got my order back they sent out next day delivery which ended up being another week. I lost all faith in Lampshoponline and will not be using them again. P*$S POOR PERFORMANCE!!

The batteries arrived as promised and well packaged. They were replacements for an older set in emergency lights and were slightly bigger but modified they fitted and worked well.

My order arrived well packaged and in good condition. The lamps were a good price. My only issue was that the order status was shown as completed in my account, but no information on dispatch or tracking. I had to ring for this information. Annoying, especially as the order confirmation email specifically says you will receive the details and I paid extra for 24hr tracked delivery. Other than that a good shopping experience
