Recently received my first order with lampshoponline and it was a smooth experience. Contact with customer service is rapid, they replied same day by email. Delivery was next day and items were of top quality and very well packed. Only minor downside is that the website is a bit clunky and finding items proved a bit of a challenge, I almost gave up looking for one item till I found it manually, but I'm sure that will improve.

I was expecting GE fluorescents. The ones I received are Tungsram but they appear to be exactly the same and work fine. An explanation of why the Tungsram branded lights were appropriate to fulfill my order would have eased my initial concern that I had not received what I had ordered. Prompt service and they work fine.
