The led tubes were of high quality and very well priced. They were well packed to ensure no damage, they also arrived very quickly.

I ordered a fluorescent strip light and was pleased that it came with a "free" fluorescent tube. the light was fine but the tube was shattered on arrival

I purchased a PIR lantern from Lampshop online. The package arrived very quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately the product was faulty due to manufacture. I contacted the customer services team and was amazed how quickly they responded and dealt with this issue, first class customer service and I will certainly use them again.

Poor customer support for old Northern ireland customers, make sure you screen shot the part you order and it warranty because your invoice does not show this and they will link it to any led light, if they replace a unit with a new one, this new one doesnt have a full warranty either. They also cant be bothered with Northern ireland customers as they no longer ship due to brexit??? Yet all other companies have no issues with this.

Products came really fast even though its just before xmas and there can be postage delays, which says to me that they sent the order out very quickly. Well packaged. Exactly what i wanted. If i was being a little picky, i felt nervous that i didnt get a conformation email and even now after theyve come my order status on my account still says processing order, made me worried id made a mistake on a none legit company or that they would take ages to come. But not the case. Good product, good price and good company to use !

i bought good from them and did not get any response stating postage after several days i asked for an update to be told it is in the post and you will get tracking info later this evening. still nothing heard by the next afternoon so asked for a refund, was then told it was in the post that day and i would get the tracking info later. unreliable and untruthfull. i have the emails as evidence.

Needed a ballast for next day delivery, Paid extra, item did not arrive. No communication, I had to chase up the order. Not a very good service.

I cannot fault this company at all. I had some issues with my order first it was the wrong item, then once the replacement came the next working day it was slightly damaged, but the customer service was second to none. They have dealt with the issue swiftly and without hesitation. Would highly recommend them even with the slight issues.

Order placed next day delivery selected 2 weeks passed. No delivery. No apology. No contact back to my emails and phone line didn't go through, NOT EVEN A RESPONSE WHEN PAYPAL TRIED CONTACTING THEM. thank goodness I went through PayPal who got our refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Order some floodlights and wanted to install them at the weekend. Lets just say the courier got it wrong, Rang the Lamp Shop customer service and they came back to me explained what the issue was and resent the goods, will see how good they are after I've installed them. But can fault the customer service team. Got on it and solved the problem. I was expecting more of a dance and a blame the other guy.

Order a couple of 4ft Flu tubes and it came in so much packaging. Kids got plenty of bubble wrap to pop and a giant cardboard tube to make stuff out of. I got some tubes, not sure who won on that one. Would buy again Thanks

Lamps for Camp site building. I received the LED lamps well packed and on time. These laps are being fitted in a campsite utility building. We purchased a few to start with to ensure they fitted our requirements. They did, and so we a purchasing more to complete the job.

GREAT PRODUCT AND SERVICE

First of all I would like to say that the items I received were as expected and well packed. I ordered late on a Friday and the light bulbs were shipped to the following Tuesday and arrived the next day. However I received no order confirmation email when purchasing the items nor the VAT invoice once the order was dispatched as stated when I placed my order. They must have correct email address for me as the first email I received from the company was one asking me to review them. I can also confirm that the other emails were not in my spam folder.
