Excellent Service - I ordered 6 off Energiser 4000K 5ft LED tubes as direct replacement for old fluorescent tubes, I had a few questions before ordering, the technical department were very helpful. The tubes were easy to fit, just replace the starter with the one provided in the box and the job was done. Unfortunately one of the LED units did not work, I called the LampShopOnline, they answered the phone immediately and sent a replacement which I received the next day (in fact they sent me two replacements). The new LED tubes are brighter, and the light is a much better light to work in. Something to be aware of is the Energiser LED replacements need the original ballast to be still fitted, so do not strip the internals out of your old fluorescent units. I would definitely recommend these LED tubes and would buy from LampShopOnline again, they offer a prompt, friendly and professional service and the products are competitively priced and good quality.

Ordered 2 standard bulbs which they had as regular stock and was told 1-3 working days delivery. Never received my order. After 7 days and many phone calls, I was assured by the manager she would take full responsibility and get my order out to me the next day.. The order still never came! Phoned courier directly just to be told they don’t have any orders for me on the van and don’t even have any information about me!!! Phoned LampShopOnline once again, just to be told my order was still in their warehouse and it had not even been posted! This company made me wait more then 7 days for nothing, just wasted my time.. Disgraceful service!!! I just hope I receive my refund back now but I’m doubtful !!! MY ADIVCE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY" They are a bunch of clowns!!

The products I required were in stock and were delivered when they said they would be.

Diabolical customer service Delivery never arrived, was promised next day, kept on getting false promises, rang three times to make sure we get our goods next day and was guaranteed but no sign of delivery, tracking no was never given. I would not recommend them.

Very pleased with the 1200x600 LED Panels. Each one replaced a box of 4 striplights. Easy to do. Amazing progress in technology over the last few years! I intend buying more of these from LampShopOnline.

Ordered 4 different types of light bulbs last week (02/07/21) scheduled for delivery by Wednesday 07/07/21 Royal Mail cost £3.50. Items came Tuesday 06/07/21, all good except one lot (2 items) wrong length and another not dimmable LED as requested. Called them pm 06/07 and was asked to send email with photos of above. Email sent 14:05 06/07. Received UPS email 17:55 06/07 saying parcel on way followed by another 18:25 stating coming today 07/07. Parcel arrived 17:15 07/07 by UPS with correct length items (2 of) and light bulb but not sure if dimmable but not complaining if I can keep other! Unbelievable customer service! Replaced items within 1 day!!! Fantastic! 2nd time that Lampshoponline has responded like this; I ordered a large number of tube lights 2 years ago and they were fantastic with advice as well as delivery. Packaging faultless to protect items! This time they have waived the postage for replacements and not worth me paying postage to return replaced items?! I hope! I will always order from them! We've used lampshoponline for all our lighting for about a year now. Ben and the team are brilliant, competent and helpful. Their standard service is excellent, but where they really shine is the rare times when things go wrong - They're always on the case straight away and often have replacement parts sent out the next day. Couldn't recommend LSO enough, especially for fellow electrical contractors.
