EDIT-After my review, they finally reached out and refunded the monthly fee. While I appreciate the refund, just be careful of an unknown monthly fee. I was very happy with their products, just not with customer service. I used MyPerfectCoverLetter for a cover letter and a resume. I chose the $2.95 14 day access. I did not see anywhere that stated I would be subscribing to a monthly subscription or else I would have not used it. I have contacted customer support twice asking for a refund on the $23.95 with no response. While I was impressed with the cover letter and resume, I am not happy with their customer service. It has been about 2 weeks and I still have not heard anything back from them.

It was easy to do and I formatted it to my needs. I landed several interviews and got hired.

There's a huge diversity of coverletter templates, and pre-made paragraphs to select from. The platform is super user-friendly. This time I signed up for the free trial of MyPerfectCoverletter, as I only had to create one coverletter. A charge for an automatic monthly payment showed up in my card a couple weeks later. I would have appreciated an email reminder of when the charges were scheduled to start. This being said, a short, easy call to customer services was enough to get a refund. I will definitely use MyPerfectCoverLetter if I ever need to create another cover letter.
