The site itself was not the problem. The problem occurred when I contacted them to turn off my autopay.. The first person, a woman, would not let me talk. Would not stop talking herself. I could literally not get a word in. She was doing a sales pitch and purposefully not listening to my request. I hung up, called again. Next was a man, a little better. At least he would allow me to speak. He did however go thru the hard sales pitch. I repeatedly had to ask him to just turn off my order. Ok, but and back into sales pitch. Finally got it done after 10nto 15 minutes of literal begging. He was nice. The first girl not so much.

Marco 772 was totally pleasant, helpful, kind, an overall an awesome experience because of him.

The process was easy and the auto phrasing of certain aspects of the resume was helpful . Although the editing process was difficult . Erasing words and adding words proved difficult to format . Other than that it was ok at best .
