I was accidentally charged a payment and was getting a refund of only 50% however Luis the customer service gentleman helped me to get 100% which I believe is really lovely and really makes a difference in these hard times. I would definitely re subscribe to my perfect resume in the future due to this.

I needed to make a couple changes to my cover letter, which I wasn’t able to do so I called and the gentleman was very helpful and the cover letter turned out great!! I believe the gentleman name was Luis. He did a great job!

This company has charged an account since 2017 that was never used. An audit was just done and found out my account has been charged all these years. I have tried several times to resolve this with several different people, getting different answers. I asked for proof since I never used them and they could not provide me with anything. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and asking an attorney to file a case against them to try and get refunded. Still waiting to hear?
