Customer service is excellent. They still have human services - it took less than 2 minutes to get to a real person. Everything concerns that I had was addressed.

I went to cancel because it was for an school assignment. but the service was very great and rewarding. The nice lady told me all the features and benefits that it had to offer not only now but in the near future. Which I will need it again. She was very pleasant and mindful of my time.

Do not use this company for your cover letters. I paid $34.95 to get a cover letter I liked thinking it was a one off payment. It did not state anywhere that it was a subscription and that it was $34.95 per month. I know I did not sign up for this under any circumstances so they must have changed my payment to a subscription every month and/or do not advise you that it is a monthly subscription and you only really realise (like I did) when you are being billed every month. Very unethical and trying to rip people off.
