They did a great job

There was nothing wrong with the young man that helped me on the phone so please don’t penalize him, but this company is terrible. Apparently I use this online resume service one time and I have been charged monthly for a couple years now before I happened to notice it on my bank statement. There are NO bills sent via email or post that would alert one to the fact that I am paying for this “service” absolutely ridiculous. I know that is done on purpose, but it should be against the law. I should be getting receipts.

After contacting customer service to cancel a subscription I did not want I was charge again! On the same day of my cancelation for another service I did not want. I finally had to stop payment through my bank.
