I had forgotten that I had this membership. No idea what the email address or phone number connected to the account was. The customer service rep was able to locate me in the system without this information and cancel my membership with no problems. Very professional.

Not honest about charging

It was easy!!

The agent was very polite and through. He was respectful and explained everythng to a tee. You have an excellent customer service representative and he needs to be commended.

It was a quick and easy process. It took less than 5 minutes and gave me a great cover letter for a small fee.

I decided that a subscription was not a fit for me at this time and the representative was helpful and kind assuring that I will not be charged for a subscription.

The customer service rep did not give me a chance to speak and just wanted me to subscribe to the "new" $4.95 fee. She was too pushy and not very cooperative. I will not be using this service again. I literally paid the $4.95 to end the phone conversation and I don't even have the funds to do so due to being unemployed.
