This company does NOT make it easy to cancel. The first time I tried, I had to take some offer to get part of my money back and they said it would be cancelled after. It was not. Called again today and had to be short and demanding to get it canceled. When I told the person I not only have a job but also just got promoted, he sighed and got an attitude. The service may be helpful, but the customer service and cancellation process will keep me from ever recommending it. I would prefer a refund but at this point, having it actually be canceled so I never have to call again is worth it.

On April 29 I called and received great service from this agent he research the matter and found that I was unaware that I had multiple charges from cover letter.com on my account. I told him that I thought this would be a one time charge and not a monthly subscription from this company. He then told me that he would cancel my membership to This website.
