I worked with Jordan Reimer, and his group. Jordan was very responsive, and the turn around in the proofs was within the time frame he gave in his responses. I ordered only the logo, as I have a background in graphic design, however I run a public accounting practice, and do not have time to finite the details. Towards the end of the process, I had sent a picture of exactly what I wanted, and stated, please make the next proof look like this, with a picture. They sent me something that did not look like the placement in the graphic sent, so I had to request again with the graphic and detail the items that I was looking at, and write out the details of the changes to be made. That little hiccup, was annoying because i felt like I wasted my time, but all in all, everything else in the process went smoothly. I received the finished product requested, and it looks amazing.

Sergio Reimer is an amazing project manager. He communicated well, where he responded 24-48 hours. He helped me in creating an amazing logo, in addition to other amazing features. I am truly grateful to have worked with him!

As far as the overall experience, everything went well but I made a call to them to ask some questions and the person that I talked too seemed off. He could not give me answers on the spot and kept on putting me on hold without even asking me. Lastly they kept being too pushy about me rating them and giving them 5-stars. I did not enjoy that part of the process but as far as the logo experience goes I did get my logo made in a timely manner and it was the perfect logo for my company that is why they are getting the 4-stars that I'm giving them.

From the start my logo team was attentive and would get back to me every day on changes made to my logo with several examples for me to choose from. They were accepting of all of my changes while still giving me good feedback on what to go with. This is a fantastic company they go with on logo creations if able I would give them more stars than 5.

I ordered the Logo + Branding Standard 2 and 1 package. I'm a Beauty Blogger launching a new E-Commerce website and wanted new, professional logo and branding created for sales and marketing materials. Sergio, my dedicated Project Manager has been professional and helpful throughout the process. Initially, there was an issue with a delayed follow-up response regarding the logo designs. However, it was quickly resolved by following up via the websites chat box feature. I would recommend that you check-in frequently with your Project Manager until you've received your completed package. Also, note 24-48 hours turnaround times excludes weekends. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the Logo & Branding designs and can't wait to launch my new website! I will definitely recommend this service to new and existing business owners.
