over 2 weeks ordered 2 seperate items, which the website stated were in stock. I was then emailed a day later after payment had been taken that the items were out of stock (this went into my junk folder). Why say the items are in stock along with how many are in stock if they are not available. if I was a one off that would be fine, but this was 2/2 over the space of 2 weeks. What a joke

As far as the company goes they do a good job of keeping good products at low cost. They deliver items very fast however and this is where both stars were lost, I ordered a juice package deal that shows a different amplifier than the one I received, the one pictured had blue lights running along the top and was a bit bigger than the one I received, When confronted with this the company just said, the amp I have received will work. Great. This was supposed to be part of a show installation so obviously lighting is key and therefore I have had to invest in additional lighting to make the amplifier fit in with the rest of the install. This might be minor to some but there was no discussion of exchange or recompence and equally there was no apology, indeed I actually had to chase the company up about this having not heard anything 2 days after the order was received. I hope this was an isolated problem but obviously if something is pictured and described as having the lights built in, you expect to recieve that item not a different unit. Otherwise this company is very well priced and do next day delivery.
