I would give 5 stars ,but i made 2 purchases! After first purchase I've asked some info regarding the product as i was confused, and the operator didn't help bcz i already bought the product also the delivery was very slow didn't respect the next day delivery i got product after 4 days even that I've pay extra. I like the presentation of the products instead so 4stars in think is the max

Worst service provided by a retailer so far. I don't write reviews when i have a bad experience but it's happened twice with 2 orders in one week. Both messed up with deliveries for next day which again, i paid for it. Because of this, last time and this time, i had to postpone my work for a whole week. Their despatch team must be ran by a kindergarden. It's not possible to mess up twice...

This is the 3rd review I’ve been asked to complete! Recently bought a JVC mechless dab radio, purchased over the bank holiday so order delayed but received the day after notification of postage (very happy)! Won’t know how good the radio is until I fit it next month.

I ordered a stereo shown as in stock, with next day delivery. Days went by with no comms and when I emailed to ask where my item was I was told I ordered a “pre-order” item not due for months. Which is just not true, why would I order a product and expect it next day, if it clearly said somewhere it was preorder. Communications have been awful still not got a refund.

Paid for 24 hour delivery came 6 days later.Phoned them about refund they said ok.But not had refund.Very company.

These guys are brilliant and have never had a problem, the free air freshener is also a great touch, wont find better prices anywhere
