E-mail confirmation "same day dispatch unless weekend, in which case dispatched Monday". 5 days later e-mail to say dispatched, "on its way to you". 2 days after that told to call them, and informed no stock until w/c 11 January. Polite guy on the phone, didn't try to deny the dispatch e-mail was plainly untrue. Cancelled order and got it elsewhere for £20 less. Appreciate Amazon etc. are pressuring the market to dispatch ASAP, but now companies are jumping the gun to send that message out when it's simply not the case. Didn't pay off for Car Audio Centre this time.

United Kingdom | 19 December 2020Ordered 27/11, allegedly the item has been shipped but tracking says "item waiting for collection from sender" Phone calls are a waste of time, they don't want to know. All I keep getting told is to pay again and they will send another. I don't have another £168 to pull out to potentially not get my item again. Emailed last week to be told to check tracking Rang Monday to be told they won't do anything until Friday 18/12 Rang today to be told they would call me back after speaking to a manager but that didn't happen. Rang again later on to be told "there's nothing we can do till Monday now, refunds take 7 days and we will have to investigate first before it can be issued" guessing I'm not getting the Christmas present then despite ordering a month early. I really want to change this review and put it down to a one off. Fingers crossed for Monday! EDIT: Spoke to royal mail today, they have not received the parcel. They state if the CAC have sent it they need to provide proof to the royal mail as the parcel is now classed as lost and they should make a claim and send me a new item ASAP. EDIT 2. No phone call or email from them today as promised.

United Kingdom | 10 December 2020Put a order in only too be cancelled after getting a email saying it on its way no stock yes it was a grade b but you have taken my money for a product you did not have now I have too wait for a refund. My advice for someone that wants too shop with this company go in too shop or go too Someone different

United Kingdom | 03 December 2020Ordered and paid extra for next day delivery. After 3 days of not receiving my stereo I gave them a call only to be told my item had been cancelled as they ran out of stock and now have to wait for a refund. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
