United Kingdom | 12 October 2024Ordered an item that showed in stock , four days later (when it was supposed to be delivered) received an email just before lunchtime informing me that they do not have item , it was a head unit , that was getting fitted along with a big set up that was booked in else where for fitting coinciding with this delivery, now have to reorder else where,rebook fitting, and wait up to five days for refund. Total waste of time and effort, I know there are wars on in the world , but still seriously annoying

United Kingdom | 17 September 2024Fitting kit sent to me wasn't the correct one for my vehicle. I phoned up customer services and the guy was incredibly rude and demeaning. I mentioned the way he was talking to me was not appropriate considering that I'm a paying customer and he continued to be argumentative and confrontational. I'll take my money elsewhere *Update after receiving reply* I answered all questions. The picture you were asking me to look at to compare was small and low resolution, as well as only showing one dimension of the connector, making it difficult to see if it was what I needed. I explained that to you, and your reply was "I can see it just fine so I don't know what your problem is!" You were rude on several occasions despite me telling you that I didn't feel you were talking to me appropriately and if that is what you think satisfactory customer service is then maybe you need some further training. The solution is simple, please process my return request sent hours ago, I've bought the correct product from a more reputable retailer and will not be shopping with you again!

United Kingdom | 28 August 2024don't get me wrong installation was okay, what im more upset about was after installation the technicians was only interested and taking payment without even confirming the system work or demonstrating anything. well I figured why, they bllew out my car footwell module, no way of closing down my windows or use of any hazard or turn signals. what's worst on rainy day at that. no sure if they have a liability clause or terms on damaging vehicles on installation but knowing they didn't tell me only found out pulling out the drive that windows don't works. disappointed in that. but otherwise all is well... for now

United Kingdom | 01 August 2024I'm usually providing glowing feedback where suppliers have gone above and beyond, but I don't seem to understand how you can be ignored in the showroom on multiple occasions, with absolutely no acknowledgement of any existence. I just don't get it... In my case I wasn't browsing but intending to part with my hard earned wonga. I can assume you make way too much money and can be selective with your clientèle. Your loss I'm afraid, I'll let another supplier help me with my audio upgrade, accompanied with up to £1,500.00 worth of gear.

United Kingdom | 24 May 2024I found these trustpilot reviews after ordering Items slightly worrying 😅 Ordered Kicker key 500.1 plus remote and Pin And separately about 30mins later Pioneer TS-A2500LB Sealed for my Q7 to replace Bose sub. They both came with warning ⚠️ they were ordering from supplier so could take 10 days 3 days later package arrived and contained both orders so looks like the luck of the draw, more people come to complain to these sites so thought I'd report back on this one and reduce some anxiety over this place.

United Kingdom | 07 May 2024Absolutely awfull customer service, terrible communication I ordered a set of speakers and paid for delivery to be expected on 16 April its now 7th May still no sign. I phone up customer service to find out what's going on to be given attitude so I ask for a refund and the guy said right I will cancel ur order n hangs up!! Like I've only been waiting a month! The joke is the on hold message when ur calling boasts of the best customer service around phahaha yeah right!

They know they are wrong so now will not even answer the phone. "Section 23: Right to repair or replacement 132.This section details a consumer’s right to insist on repair or replacement of faulty goods, the cost of which must be borne by the trader. This includes the trader bearing any costs involved in the removal of an installed item and reinstallation of a replacement. A replacement would usually need to be identical, that is of the same make and model and if the goods were bought new then the replacement would need to be new. 133.Once the consumer has opted for a repair or replacement of the goods, he or she may not ask for the other of these, or exercise the short-term right to reject, without first allowing the trader a reasonable time to complete that chosen remedy. However, if waiting a reasonable time would cause the consumer significant inconvenience then the consumer can pursue an alternative remedy without doing so."

Contacted them through chat, they replied initially asking what was wrong but then after describing the issue to them Iv been completely ignored. Seems once they’ve got your money they’re not interested. (Edit to your reply: My unit is pioneer but sorry to see someone else with an Alpine unit purchased from you are also having a poor experience. You have offered no advice or a solution to my problem at all, I have had to go directly to Pioneer. In fact the tickets are still open and to this day you have not replied to either of them, so please don’t apologise

I ordered a Sony radio ( Open Box ) there was no description of any damages to device or that the front screen doesn't attach to the radio!!! So ive had to put a screw in it on the side to keep it locked in!!!! After contacting customer service. The shocking reply I got was not even an apology and they offered to refund me was 5%!!! And aposolute joke of a company and they truly have messed with the wrong person. I will be taking this further and exposing this company all over social media. Until they give me a an acceptable refund!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!

As long as this was placed before 4pm then Saturday delivery was available according to their website. Had a notification that the order had been dispatched but no tracking information. Saturday comes so I email to ask for tracking but recieved no answer. Waited in all day but no delivery or email. I emailed again on Sunday to ask what was going on and to why I had paid extra for a delivery that never happened. Still no reply. Very poor communications. Customer service is non existent. I have requested a full refund and to cancel the order as I needed the item for installation over the weekend . Shame really as I was looking to purchase additional speakers to match but won't be wasting anymore time or money with this company.

United Kingdom | 14 January 2024I purchased a Focal branded subwoofer from Car Audio Centre on 28/12/2024. The website noted that this item was a special/back-order item, and that it would not be dispatched until later than usual, which was fine as I did not need the sub straight away. To start, the estimated delivery date in my order confirmation was not updated to reflect the above, and Car Audio Centre did not ever provide me with an updated window as to when this would be dispatched/delivered. Odd, but I assumed that they would be in touch soon to update, but no. I heard absolutely nothing from Car Audio Centre as they did not get in touch, so I decided to email them on January 5th (over a week after placing the order), asking for an estimated delivery/dispatch date. I received a response back on the same day, and they informed me that they did not know the status of my item, as it was being dealt with by their supplier. As such, they let me know that they chased my query up with the supplier. I assumed that this meant my order was starting to go somewhere, but I was wrong. I heard absolutely nothing back from Car Audio Centre until today (13th January), when I received an email from PayPal stating that my order had been fully refunded. Shortly after, I received an automated email from Car Audio Centre stating that my order had been cancelled because they did not have enough stock to fulfil my order. They did not communicate a single thing to me over this entire process. I had to ask them where my order was after waiting over a week, and then they did not get back in touch to update me (which was 8 days after we had last spoken). The customer service was appalling overall. To hear nothing for a week after placing the order (resulting in me having to reach out myself), to then having to wait a further 8 days without any communication before having my order cancelled out of nowhere is just shocking. I understand unfortunate things can happen with suppliers, but when this occurs I should be emailed personally to be informed on the status of my order, as opposed to receiving an automated email with no apology etc. I will be avoiding this site in the future, and will also be advising all friends who work on their cars and in the trade to stay away.

United Kingdom | 12 January 2024We ordered a kenwood touchscreen stereo on 31st December, estimated delivery between 4th-8th January No emails, no updates, the 8th came round and still no stereo! I rang the company to chase it up who said they was waiting for a delivery and will be with me next day! Same excuse for the next 3 days so I cancelled my order. I wouldn’t mind a delay as long as I’m kept informed! Communication is poor, won’t use again!

I put a support request in Friday lunchtime. It is now Monday 6pm, and not even an acknowledgement. I have fixed the issue myself with help from a campervan forum.

United Kingdom | 07 September 2023Really quick delivery by DPD. Unfortunately the speaker I ordered was too large to fit in the boot so I had to return the item. I arranged the transport myself and I was still deducted £33 handling charge. The wrapping on the speaker wasn't removed and all packaging was in perfect condition. Very expensive returns process and I don't believe distance selling is taken into account when ordering via Amazon
