A-Protect is the most unprofessional scam. It's a scam, a fraud, no doubt in it. They will sell you a package of "A to G" and will then exclude "B, C, D, E, F, G & A" in the exclusions list. Their customer service is arrogant and unsympathetic and will never respond to your emails. If you call them, with a claim, be ready to face arrogant and rude people, who are mostly the same on every call. Not sure even if they have a full working office. I never write negative reviews, but the way I was treated and humiliated by their staff made me write this.

My two-week struggle to connect with their customer service has been disheartening. Every call seems to lead nowhere, consistently resulting in an unfulfilling a voice note. Despite sending a multitude of messages, the silence has been deafening, leaving me frustrated and questioning their commitment. However, this morning, reading some uplifting reviews offered a glimmer of hope, prompting me to give them a hesitant 3-star rating. Today, I will embark on another attempt to reach them, hopeful for a more responsive interaction.
