Not the best experience. We ordered 2 blinds with a specific instruction (as advised by the company) on the order and it took over 3 weeks (it said less of their website) to arrive and they ignored our request instruction. Poor show!!

Following advice in a telephone call I agreed blinds with the supplier because I wanted extra wide blinds. They were so helpful and the blinds I agreed on were delivered promptly and we are really pleased with them.

I wish I had been able to find this company before because our recent purchase(roller blinds) is somewhat sensational. The added advantage of choosing a fabric covered facia -where you don't see "white roll" at the top of your window blind. Furthermore, this luxury roller blind came out almost £90 pound cheaper than the same blind elsewhere and we did an extensive price check on four other well known blind companies. Create will be our first choice and the turnaround was swift considering the order was started around the festive time. All credit to Create

We ordered a vertical blind. Upon receipt the after waiting 4 weeks the rail was bent and twisted. This had been done by the courier. The company sent a replacement rail very quickly and fitting went well and we are very pleased. However, the original rail sent was not only damaged but it was too long by about 3", the fixing brackets were the wrong size and the wand nearly touched the floor. Amanda was very good at organising replacement rail but emails to her directly remain unanswered. !

The blinds are shorter than we are used to. We also asked for cord closers but were sent a wand closer even though we asked for a cord and the company asked which side we wanted the cord. Delivery was a two part affair.
