Our blind arrived with the wrong brackets. 11 days on I am still waiting for the right ones to arrive

Even though the pandemic was in full swing I got an immediate answer to a newly placed order. Of course delivery was delayed as the factory was shut but as soon as it reopened we got the update on delivery and a reminder that the 2 items would arrive some weeks apart. We knew that as one item was a custom blind. When the 2nd item was delivered I was pleased to be contacted by the company to check the package had arrived as DPD had messaged them for confirmation of the address.

Placed an order some weeks ago, credit card has been charged, but no communication since. I appreciate that the production has stopped due to the ongoing coronavirus situation, but an email providing an update would not be too much of a challenge.

I ordered and paid for my blind on 13th March …...Still have not received my blind and so I am not happy with no contact …...I know it is hard times with The Corona Virus …….But to receive no response from you is unacceptable …..

Easy experience. No hassle. Relatively fast shipment (compared to what other reviewers have indicated). Helpful customer services. All in all, nothing to complain about and the baby room looks adorable!

Please don't waste your valuable time. Company is so unprofessional and have no one to deal with your issues. My order was delayed then wrong order was delivered. I had to give up and ended up with wrong stuff. Please order from reputable company who cares

Delivery came over a month after ordering and required 3 calls to chase to find out what was going on. On the 3rd call they advised it would be delivered next day. I asked for this to come day after as no one would be home but this request was ignored. The courier then just left the blind outside the front door. The blind itself is good and the cost was lower than other sites. Maybe that is reflected in the overall service.

Ordered small blind on 21st November apart from invoice nothing received re-delivery. Rang them two weeks later to ask when order would be despatched and was told it was at factory and they couldn't confirm any date. When it did arrive they sent the wrong 'brackets' we rang and were told they were the correct ones -we had to take photo of the ones they sent and photo of the brackets which was showing on instructions - they agreed to send new ones - we are still waiting .They also suggested we look at You Tube to see how to fit blind the 'film' recommended wasn't relevant to blind we received. My husband made his own brackets and blind is up - now 8th January and no correspondence. Won't be recommending them.

a little delay due to Christmas, but the blinds are well worth the extra money love the pelmet at the top to hide the roller. all in all fantastic customer service good too

Blinds are a good quality and bright print however I feel there wasnt enough communication once the blinds were ordered. It would have been good to get an estimated delivery date and an email once they had been dispatched. Now the sizing wasnt what was ordered but we waited so long for them we just wanted them up. Would have given 2 stars had the quality not been so good.

9 days after I placed my order I haven't even been notified that it has been dispatched. When I called to find out how much longer I would have to wait, the call handler said they needed to speak to their manager and would call me back: they didn't. AVOID!!
