Excellent product and super delivery

Blinds very nice. There were no fitting instructions but the package did arrive with a sticker saying the carrier's had broken but repaired the packaging. Maybe they dropped out. I have fixed blinds before so not an issue Delivery as expected.

I made a mistake in measuring my blind, create blinds online made me another at cost price as a goodwill gesture .

Free sample very helpful. Blinds are lovely. You just let us down by not doing the reverse roll as requested.

Had a slight issue with the first blind they delivered, wasn't the correct size but very helpful and sent out another straight away, errors happen. great service, good value for money and great quality product.

Was contacted by the company who believed I sent the wrong measurement for the order, this was correct so I was able send the right ones. No penalty as it was spotted by pre order check

Blinds were great exactly what I expected and very good value for money they saved me slit of money from a previous quote will definitely use again

Excellent good quality blinds. They are easy to install & I found a good range of products. Delivery is pretty quick & the customer service was top class. Couldn’t be happier.

I would have giveen 5 star because the company Amanda especially where tip top even helped me pick a blind to go with my decor not being able to get the first one I picked because of the size. I actually like the one she picked better when it was delivered and fixed. My only complaint was when I phoned about delivery and was told it was being dispatched two days later for it not to come and when I phoned again the girl said the pole wasn’t ready and it was a week later I received it.

The appearance and feel of the blind is as I expected. However, the reason I ordered this blind was for the glow in the dark stars on it for my little boys room. We followed the instructions and the glow in the dark feature doesn’t work at all. If it was just a star patterned blind that we initially wanted then we would have bought it for a lot less from elsewhere. We were paying for the glow in the dark feature that is none existent. This is just an average blind costing more than it should for a feature it doesn’t have. Disappointed

Absolutely delighted with the lego men blind ordered for my twin sons bedroom makeover. Extremely good quality, lovely vivid colours and well made. A unique product that I was unable to find elsewhere. Two very happy boys and one happy mommy. Would definitely recommend.
