We are very happy with our new blinds. The communication was excellent when I had a query. It took 3 weeks for blinds to arrive but this was advised in the invoice email. We loved the different choices we had regarding finish edging of blinds and the pull cord. Great choice, excellent price and great quality. Arrived well packaged. Definitely recommend.

Blind hasn’t arrived, been in transit since 28th September. Not classed as missing until 3weeks have passed. Not impressed with service. Can’t comment on the blind.

I went to a blinds retailer nearby and they quoted £400 to supply and fit a large blind. Then I went online direct to the manufacturer and got the identical item for £157. I fitted it myself with some basic tools and careful measurements where to drill the holes. It’s absolutely first class workmanship and was well packaged for its journey to us. It took a little longer than promised but we are in the middle of a pandemic… Very pleased with this product and would recommend without hesitation

Great service. When fabric wasn’t suitable for my window they had already looked at the colours in the design I liked and suggested alternatives that would work.

The process was easy from start to finish. The ordering was straight forward. The delivery was quick. The blinds are excellent quality and were easy to fit. They look really good.

Lovely blind

Genuinely disappointed with so many factors. At present the blinds offered arent being made by the selling company and are currently being out sourced, the blinds we received were cut poorly, with at least a half inch difference from one side to the other, add to that, the wait time of over a month, to have them delivered, leaves a very bitter taste. At worst I would not recommend ever using this company, at best, gamble but only once they are making the products themselves. Hopefully the refund won't cause any issues, as one plus was the honest customer service recieved, once I raised the issues.
