We used Exceptional Villas to book our trip to Antiqua Aug 202, Tamarind Hills B7. Noreen and Sean were both extremely helpful and professional. Noreen was our main contact and I can not say enough great things about her attention to detail and her thorough communication. We have traveled a lot internationally prior to covid and I was always so stressed about all the details especially when traveling somewhere new. I do not think I will ever do it without Exceptional Villas, it was a relief to have so much help! She booked someone to get us through the airport, our car service to and from our unit, our rental car, our restaurant reservations, literally everything! Our accommodations were so beautiful and the Tamarind Hills staff were delightful and they even completed our covid tests on site which was so helpful. Use this service! You will not be sorry! In a good year, planning a trip out of the country can be a huge challenge. With COVID it has become exponentially more complex. I have planned trips across the world for 20-years but I have to say Julie Kirby did an incredible job of guiding me through all the hurdles to make my trip to Barbados happen.

Let down by another company we had 4 days to put together a trip for three sets of travellers from 2 countries in the middle of Covid restrictions. Yvonne and Julie were brilliant - smoothly sorting out all the arrangements and ensuring we had a superb family reunion. Thoroughly recommend the service and the villas they provide!

We booked a fairly last-minute vacation to a location we had never visited before. The attention and service we received from everyone--most notably from our Concierge, Sinead--was first-rate: always a quick response, extremely helpful, and very pleasant! We had many questions and appreciated their assistance with every aspect of our trip..including the navigation of constantly changing travel protocols. We felt like they were genuinely looking out for our needs and always happy to assist us. Grateful for such a wonderful experience!

I can't say enough about how absolutely amazing Elaine Donoghue has been throughout this whole process. She has worked diligently with me for months, to ensure we would have the perfect vacation. She has responded to every question, issue and request I've had, and went above and beyond to find me answers or meet my needs.
