We had the most amazing weekend away at Cliffside Cottage. The property is a beautiful open-air 5 bedroom villa with sweeping views and a big patio and pool area, however what set our experience apart was the lovely attentive staff who work there. From the pre-trip coordination with Noreen to the actual trip, we always felt like a priority and the staff really went above and beyond to make our visit special. There were tasteful touches all weekend such as fresh flower arrangements at each meal, Rafik concocting his tasty specialty cocktails for us, and the chef catering to our unique dietary needs (three vegetarians and a shellfish allergy do not make for an easy task when cooking for a group of nine all weekend but he still made top-quality delicious meals). Everyone was timely, kind, and professional and we would not have changed a thing all weekend. Definitely will book again at Cliffside Cottage next time I'm planning a trip for a group!

This was our first time using Exceptional Villas for a booking and everything was great. Booking the trip was smooth, questions were answered quickly, and they were very helpful with any additional special requests. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. Questions and requests were answered within 24-48 hours. Would definitely recommend for a vacation to the BVI.

We stayed in this 3 bedroomed penthouse apartment for 3 weeks in March 2016. It was an absolutely stunning place with enormous amounts of space & fantastic location right on Paynes Bay beach. Our maid Katrina was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble for her & she kept our apartment immaculately clean. Romeo the security guard was also great booking transport for us when required & making us feel completely safe. We were offered this place through Exceptional Villas & Yvonne the lady who booked our holiday was fantastic & helped us with everything from the initial booking,the supply of groceries, airport transfers & information on the island. I wouldn't hesitate to use their company again for future bookings & recommend them highly to anyone looking for a Carribean holiday.
