Sinead was so very helpful with everything! My trip was cancelled last year due to COVID and she rescheduled everything for me with no hesitation and a wonderful attitude. She was such a pleasure to work with!

Our family of 10 just returned from our SIXTH trip to Noble House in Jamaica. It goes without saying, we LOVE it there. Yes, the house itself is lovely, but the staff there makes everything even better. They are truly wonderful people, that we look forward to seeing every year. Exceptional Villas is the best company we have EVER worked with while planning a trip. Noreen and Sean are (seemingly) available anytime to help with anything you need. I cannot recommend that company enough. We are already planning another trip to Noble House for next year. Thank you Exceptional Villas and Noble House staff for making every vacation to Jamaica even better than the last!!!!!

Our stay was truly amazing. Villa itself, location, grounds were all excellent. Staff was top notch and very accomodating. Sinead was very helpful and easy to work with arranging all concierge services. Would highly recommend!

My stay at sunspot villa was exceptional. The staff was super attentive, accommodating and expórteme my pleasant. They accommodated all our needs and request. The villa was beautiful and well taken care of. The beach was better then expected. And the cooking was PHENOMENAL!! My guest and myself had a very memorable time.

The service and communication so far have been great. We still have not started our vacation but the reservation process has been excellent.

Beautiful property! Absolutely stunning views. Gillian was fantastic and very helpful. Only issue was the transportation from the airport to the villa and from the villa back to the airport. Both delayed by one hour. But other than that - fantastic trip and recommend the villa highly.

Exceptional Villas always makes it so easy, and seamless to book our vacation. The staff has all of the pertinent information one would need to travel outside of the country, they have great references to restaurants events and activities. And I love that we always have a personal concierge who can book things for us if need be.

I planned my trip to Turks and Caicos over a span of 4 months and Elaine and Sinead are the best of the best! Even with the hassle of dealing with COVID protocols, trip planning with the assistance of those two made it a breeze! Elaine was able to find the best villa options for my group and Sinead handled everything, from car rental, private chef, excursions, all of it! Those ladies are the best and I will always sing their praises and recommend exceptional villas to all. I will definitely use this company again for future vacations in other countries!

Elaine has gone above and beyond. Pre-Covid I traveled 6-8 times per year for work or holiday. This trip due to Covid left me (for lack go a better word) paralyzed in terms of sorting things. Elaine took all of that burden and more off of my shoulders. I have consistently used one travel agent for flights and now plan on using Elaine and Exceptional Villas for all my housing needs when I can.

Very attentive, courteous and helpful with making plans for our stay in the villa. Elaine made me think that her replies were coming straight from the islands so imagine my surprise to find she was out of Ireland. We are looking forward to our trip thanks to all the efforts of Exceptional Villas.
