The agents with Exceptional Villas were top notch from the very beginning! From the point of my initial inquiry to my return home, everything was well-communicated, the response times for any questions was, well, exceptional. I first worked with Sean, then with Noreen, and both were a delight. I will certainly be considering renting with them for future vacations.

From my very first enquiry to the team about a villa rental for a family holiday in barbados, I really cannot praise the team highly enough. Emails were answered immediately, the team really knew the properties and were able to advise on what would suit us and our budget best. Car hire, restaurant bookings, airport assistance and general info .. nothing was a problem. We were looking for a place to celebrate my wife's 63rd, the birth of our 1st grandchild, and to get our from the pandemic shadow to live life more fully. Elaine with Exceptional Villas was the perfect concierge who helped with everything from car rental, to deep sea and day sail charters, to taxis from the ferry and a catered dinner in the villa. Most important, as flight time changed and plans moved, she was helpful to the last minute with great grace and kindness. We will use them again. BTW, Canefield House, where we stayed, is top drawer.

Working with Exceptional Villas from the beginning to the end has been nothing less than a fantastic experience. They were always super quick to respond back with answers to your questions. Elaine Donoghue was exceptional! We threw every type of curve ball (aka wrong arrival dates, departure times etc!) at her and she never expressed any frustration with us. Rather, she would good-naturedly revise the plans she had carefully assembled for us. We can't wait to go on the excursions and to taste the private chef's dinner Elaine arranged for us! Exceptional Villas (Luis) was an indispensable resource for our trip planning - patient, attentive to detail, and responsive - even as our travel plans and our travel group kept changing in advance of our trip. Luis acted as liaison with our in-country property manager, and worked hard to ensure that smooth ground transit to our rental home, set a daily trip itinerary based on our personal preferences, and arrange all necessary restaurant and excursion reservations in a timely manner. Exceptional Villas is our go to for vacation rentals. They have a great selection to chose from and are very responsive to any questions asked. They are very knowledgeable about the properties and the areas. No question goes unanswered in a timely fashion. They make the rental and travel process seamless.

We have just returned from a week in Barbados. It was our first visit and Julie was a great support, always available on the phone to discuss the property and it's amenities. She organised transfers and airport assistance (although not sure we benefitted from this as the luggage took so long to arrive!). She booked and re-booked our requested restaurants and found us tables at busy times, as well as putting our minds at rest about the ever changing travel requirements due to Covid. We would definitely book through Exceptional Villas again.
