Sean and Noreen have been professional and helpful in every way. From my first inquiry and throughout the booking and planning process, they have been attentive and extremely responsive to all my questions. They provided videos of the villa and its surroundings so we could actually view where we would be staying. The restaurant and activity suggestions were appreciated, too. I felt very comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process, We are looking forward to an amazing stay in Antigua!

I found the Elaine and Corina to be very helpful and everything in our Villas was as promised. Both Corina and Elaine communicated often and effectively which made me feel they were professional and trustworthy. I think they made everything go seemlessly. We had no problems and i would highly recommend Exceptional Villas.

We rented a villa in Barbados. The Exceptional Villas team was super helpful in making our stay easy and seamless. For example, they arranged for a rental car to be dropped off and picked up from the villa, encouraged us to make some dinner reservations before our arrival since all the restaurants book up early, and accommodated a request for a late checkout so my child could nap before our long flight home. The staff onsite also provided great service. We'd defintiely use them again.

We rent Lune de Miel in St. Martin last January and we really had a great time there! All about that booking was excellent, from our first email to our stay there, specially your attendance. All you said about the house and services were true. We love this experience and as soon as possible we´ll be in touch for another house.

We are a family group of 19, with varying requests for activities and services, and Noreen has efficiently organized everything we requested and communicated every detail with me in a timely manner. We had a wonderful experience renting a chalet in Zermatt with Exceptional Villas. They were responsive and helpful - with restaurant reservations, grocery shopping, questions about the house or the location, providing a Christmas tree! - and the chalet was perfect. The local concierge from Mountain Exposure was also fantastic, checking in on us several times, cancelling and rebooking lunch reservations based on where we were skiing, keeping us posted on the opening of the Italian side, just very attentive and pleasant. We have rented a lot of homes around the world and this was some of the best service I have experienced.
