Hard to find the words to articulate how helpful, considerate and knowledgeable both Aine and Sinead from Exceptional Villas were from the beginning of our booking through to our travel day. Travel is not easy, and the industry has veered away from the traditional customer service from "the good old days". The internet has changed things significantly but this experience has restored my faith in relationship building and customer loyalty. As long as we're not completely shell shocked by finding out our villa turned out to be a tiki hut when we arrive at our destination....I'm sure I'll be booking with EV with Aine & Sinead. I used Exceptional Villas for researching condo options for Barbados. I was hesitant to book because I had never used them so I used VRBO (which I have used repeatedly) to book Coral Cove 3 bedroom condo. I sent my research links (from Exceptional Villas) to my friend who was going to coordinate her trip to overlap with my trip. She used Exceptional Villas to book her 1 bedroom condo at Waterside. I visited her condo and it was lovely -- perfect for a couple. Exceptional Villas concierge service was outstanding (thank you Julie Kirby)! My friend was able to book excursions with Julie that included our group of 5. Julie booked us on a sunset dinner catamaran cruise with Silver Moon. I HIGHLY recommend this if you are seeking something different than a "packed booze cruise." Maximum of 12 guests (our cruise was 11) and included premium alcohol (not just local beer & rum punch), 2 snorkel stops, hot appetizers and a high quality, delicious dinner. They offer an adults only option too (which we did). Based on my experience, I will now use Exceptional Villas for my future travel to other Caribbean islands.

I was very pleased with all the staff that I worked with at Exceptional Villas. I was a little nervous at first as I had never rented through this company but I found everyone to be very professional and very helpful. They answered all of my questions and attended to all of my requests. The villa was exactly as it was described and I appreciated the fact that Yvonne, agent, was able to give me detailed information as she had obviously spent time on the island. In addition, Exceptional Villas concierge service was excellent. Julie Kirby did a great job at setting up dinner reservations, deep sea fishing and the sunset catamaran cruise. She set the catamaran cruise up with Silver Moon and the cruise was excellent. We went with 5 other friends and there were only 2 other couples on the boat and we all had an exceptional time. The crew was fun and the food was surprisingly very good. Well worth the money for a smaller number on the boat. I would definitely book with Exceptional Villas in the future!

From the very first time I spoke with Aine at Exceptional Villa's to book our stay at Tamarind Hills, Antigua, until my last conversation with Noreen regarding travel arrangements, I cannot find one gripe or complaint. Both ladies were extremely helpful, professional, responsive and an absolute joy to speak with. I had several emails going back and forth with Aine in the very beginning and each time she answered my question fully and right away. By the end of our trip I had over 50 email conversations with Noreen regarding air details, restaurants, ground transportation, excursions, etc and I never had to wait more than a few hours for a reply. Our stay at Exceptional Villas was outstanding, the villa was exactly as pictured and described and even better in person. My husband and I went for 9 days and we were blown away with the accommodations. We are absolutely positive we will be booking with Exceptional Villa's again in the future! Thank you!

Exceptional Villas did an "exceptional" job helping us with our recent vacation. On this vacation we had a little more time to spend and EV helped us find 2 great properties. They also helped us get the best deals at those properties. After helping us secure our dates, they then went on to give us first hand information about the Island we were visiting. They made dinner arrangements, car rental arrangements and gave us great information on things to do on the island. Right before leaving they gave us all kinds of last minute tips and a complete run through of our trip. This proved to be very helpful as the week before going on vacation can be so stressful. We just really appreciate all the efforts they put into making our vacation such a wonderful experience.
