I booked a villa through Exceptional Villas for arrival in Turks & Caicos on September 24. Even before I reached out to them, Noreen emailed to provide me with information on what was going on. As it turned out, our trip had to be cancelled. That all said, you never really know about the quality of a company until there is a problem- I am both gratified and somewhat amazed at how Noreen & Exceptional Villas have been through this ordeal. They deserve 6 stars- not just because of the favorable outcome, but also because of the professional world-class hand holding throughout this difficult time!!!

Thank you Julie and Linda at Exceptional Villas for all the help in both recommending Chalet Les Anges to us but in also in organizing all the details prior to our stay. Your knowledge on all the things to do and the restaurants was really outstanding and we are very excited about our trip. The villa was a perfect blend of modern and Caribbean-inspired design - it was spacious, clean, well-furnished and in an absolutely ideal location on the beach with amazing views! Upon arrival, we encountered a problem because the website inaccurately described the master bathroom as having a jacuzzi tub (it did not have a bathtub). However, Julie arranged for a discount on our fees due to the mistake, and the website has since been updated to accurately describe the bathroom. Other than that, we had no major issues, and we appreciated the efforts of Exceptional Villas staff to coordinate our stay and to correct the mistake.

Words can not explain! We had a fabulous time at the Noble House in Jamaica. Emma and Noreen, thank you so much for coordinating a perfect vacation for us! The grounds, the house, the staff, the food . . . all were exceptional. (I don't know how we'll ever go on a "regular" vacation again!) We spent most of our time at the house; there was so much to do! We ate too much, drank too much, laughed a lot, and enjoyed quality family time. So, thank you again for everything you did to ensure our perfect vacation!

My experience with the representatives of Exceptional Villas was positive in every regard. Yvonne and Julie were professional, courteous and promptly dealt with all of our enquiries. From booking throughout our stay, everything ran smoothly. The villa was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Our house keeper, Rosie, was a wonderful host and kept the residence in top form and was able to address any issues quickly. I would not hesitate to use Exceptional Villas for our next holiday!

My girlfriend and I were scheduled to go to Turks & Caicos for a romantic week away TOGETHER! Her Aunt suddenly passed away so my girlfriend couldn't make the trip and this company did absolutely nothing to help us with this issue. I can't believe people are so caught up in money and could care less about what really matters like being with family in times of crisis. If I could have I would have given them no stars. This is my second time in a year using Exceptional Villas and I can assure you after this experience I will NEVER use them again. I would absolutely not recommend booking anything with these people because clearly all they care about is money.
