I was skeptical at first to use this company, just simply because you just never know these days.... but from my very first email, the guest services specialist (Julie Kirby) assigned to us has been AMAZING. So prompt in answering all of my emails (even all of the little, silly questions I have!) This process has been very easy & I would definitely use this company again & would highly recommend them!

Very helpful with constant communications to update on bookings and procedures. Arrangements put in place to make any holiday enjoyable. I would use them again.

Working with Exceptional Villas has been a positive experience, seamless with no issue or detail overlooked. Portico 1 is a VERY WELL MAINTAINED villa. Sophia and Crystal are true professionals (very good teaming arrangement - they work well together) who are sensitive to the needs of their guests. Sophia is always attentive and has provided awesome recommendations for points of interest on the island. Crystal is a very talented chef who has "wowed" us with every meal prepared. We love Portico 1 and are delighted with the spaciousness, sea views, privacy, security, and cleanliness. It is a beautiful villa. The owners have spared no detail in its presentation, decor, and comfort. The property is truly as what you see online. Love the whole house audio system; we also enjoy the same at home! Well kept and maintained. We were greeted by the property manager, Maureen, and she provided an array of points of interest on the island. We would love to return for another week, maybe 2! Thanks again to Exceptional Villas.

Exceptional Villas lives up to its name. It offers you with warm and exceptional service. Very punctual in response to emails. The staff readily answers all queries and questions politely. The entire team for this company are great and wonderful people and I appreciate all their kindness and enjoy staying at their villas.

This company is exceptionally responsive and helpful! Sinead has been a great liaison. She arranged airport to villa transportation, a rental car, car seat & crib.

Exceptional Villas - and Yvonne and Julie in particular - were wonderful regarding our recent trip to Barbados. I asked Yvonne and two other reps of the same villa and another one a whole set of questions regarding the place, and she was by far the most attentive, diligent and accurate in her answers. The arrangements for our arrival were beautifully executed, with great attention to detail, including Customs, making sure we knew where we were going, arranging for dinner to be waiting when we arrived, orienting us in the villa and the building and so forth. I don't think I have ever felt so pampered. The added value of Exceptional Villas and the people who took care of us (Krystle, Roslyn, and Lana particularly) made the price well worth it.

Excellent, timely service. Paul was really helpful & patient finding us the right place to stay, and Julie has been on point if we needed her after the reservation was made. We haven't got there yet, but so far so good. Thank you!

Julie and Yvonne were amazing throughout the entire planning process. Julie was so accommodating and answered every question we had. Because of them, this has been the easiest vacation planning ever - which can be quite difficult for 9 adults who are very particular 😊. We will have a wonderful time celebrating our friends’ 40th birthdays and it’s due in large part to Julie and Yvonne. Thank you so much!! We booked the Caribbean Club in Grand Cayman through Exceptional Villas and Noreen was just fabulous about everything. Through email, and even on the phone it was great to talk to her and she shared her personal experiences, etc. She was right on track as far as correspondence about the initial deposit, the balance, details such as airport transfers, credits, etc. and the security pre-approval. NOTE-- the charges will appear on your credit card as "Dream Ireland" which is their main company, as opposed to Exceptional Villas. That was a little disconcerting at first-- with all the fraud in the world going on- but it turned out fine. And, I will admit, as I was looking them up online-- there weren't very many reviews of them. I wish there, were, it would have helped me feel more at ease, sooner. But--all was well. I look forward to working with them for future trips!
