I have twice emailed asking for a refund and decrease in monthly payments; both of which I am legally entitled to. So far I havent received even the courtesy of an acknowledgment. I am moving my account from your company.

United Kingdom | 26 August 2021I am surprised your Accounts staff are unaware I have a Smart Meter, and as such understand you can remotely read my meters. I was informed last week you required me to read the meters so you could send me a refund of the large credit balance which has built up. I am still awaiting a refund.

United Kingdom | 24 August 2021Posting on the 24/08/2021.. Left Bristol Energy on December 29th 2020 !! Still waiting for my final bill and refund plus Ofgem compensation of time penalties !! So Almost 9 months and no payment received as yet !! Been to the Ombudsman, they found in my favour and BE was told to pay up !! Still No Payment.. Raised umpteen complaints, latest yesterday 23/08/2021 again ! This company needs a £50.000 fine !! They are treating customers with contempt and bullying tactics.. Should not be in Business !!! In Answer to their comment about being under investigation !! 9 Months investigating just proves that Customer services @ Bristol Energy Lie, ignore customers, and just do not want to pay what they have been fined to pay !! Definitely the bad boy of all Energy Companies !!
