Il personale nei negozi di Milano è disponibile e preparato. Nulla da eccepire. Sul sito invece c'è davvero molto da fare. Su 3 acquisti effettuati, nessuna spedizione ha rispettato le tempistiche di spedizione promesse sul sito. I tempi sono sempre stati molto più lunghi delle promesse "Spedizioni in 24h" o "Solitamente spedito in 24h". Per la mia esperienza, i tempi segnalati sul sito sono ingannevoli.

Sono rimasta molto colpita per l’assistenza e la velocità di risoluzione al mio problema. Ringrazio il team di Oliunid. Vi saluto con affetto.

En octubre del año pasado compre unos pie de gato Scarpa a través de Oliunid, como vivo en Argentina hice que me las traiga un conocido, la puntera tenia una falla de fabrica, y decidí enviarlas nuevamente para que las arreglen, recien pude hacerlo en abril de este año, y desde Oliunid, se encargaron de toda la gestión, retirarlas desde España, enviarlas a Scarpa y volver a enviarlas a España, estando siempre pendientes al estado del envio, si desde DHL no encontraban al destinatario se comunicaban conmigo para avisarme. La verdad que su servicio fue excelente y lo super recomiendo

Rücksendung auf Kosten des Kunden 3. Rückerstattung erst nach 1 Monat 4. Kaufbetrag wird nicht voll rückerstattet Total Unkosten zulasten des Kunden 41.61 CHF bei einem Kaufwert von 134.61 CHF! Diese Bude ist nicht zu empfehlen, schlechter Service

Amazing site/company in Italy! Great prices on climbing gear. I saved a 'ton' of money on an order utilizing them over some of the sites/companies here in the USA. Happy to support them if they run their business so well like this. Also, my items got here in 2.5 days!? from Italy. To midwest US... My 1st experience with them has been nothing short of superb! Will be ordering from this awesome site again in the future if every transaction is like this, & also telling others 😄

Commande reçu rapidement (commandée lundi matin, reçue mercredi midi). Les articles étaient bien ceux commandés et rien ne manquait. Beaucoup de produits sont disponibles : raison principale d’avoir été chez eux.

Very bad service. Estimated shipping date two weeks after purchase and still not sure did they send out or not. On top of that how long delivery will take? Company probably using horses for delivery. Do not waste your time with them. Shop around for better service.

Ordino la domenica ed il martedì avevo già il pacco! Purtroppo all'interno di esso 1 su 2 articoli era errato, ma niente paura; ho subito contattato il servizio clienti telefonicamente e dopo aver inviato anche un'e-mail dimostrativa dell'errore, è stato organizzato per il giorno successivo il cambio (exchange: consegna articolo corretto contestualmente al reso dell'errato). Come prima esperienza è stata pienamente positiva nella sua particolarità; errare è umano e il supporto cliente si è comportato egregiamente. Consiglio per la buon quantità di prodotti presenti sul sito, velocità di consegna, customer care e sopratutto prezzi!

Böse Überraschung Nachdem ich die Lieferungskosten von 10Euro gezahlt habe, kam es von Italien in die Schweiz an und musste an UPS nochmals 33 Euro Lieferungskosten bezahlen, bei der Entgegennahme. Habe mich beschert, mir wurde nur gesagt es sei irgendwo bei Ihrer Seite zu lesen, dass Mehrkosten aufkommen im Ausland. ABER bei der Bestellung selber wird dies nicht erwähnt. Sehr endtäuschend.

Mi sono affidato a questo store per la prima volta e sono stato un po' sfortunato, perché c'è stato un piccolo errore nell'ordine e mi sono arrivati meno pezzi di quelli che avevo pagato. Tuttavia l'assistenza è stata abbastanza rapida a rispondermi e dopo qualche giorno mi hanno spedito la merce mancante. Tempi di consegna molto veloci, entrambe le volte il pacco è arrivato entro 24 ore dalla notifica di avvenuta spedizione.
