primo ordine con questo negozio. dopo 10 giorni risulta ancora in elaborazione. ho scritto al servizio clienti e non rispondono. MAI PIU' ordini da loro.

Ho fatto piú volte ordini, peccsto che ogni volta, per un motivo o per l'altro abbiano sempre ritardato le spedizioni "il fornitore non ci ha mandato quello", "non abbiamo il prodotto che hai ordinato lo stiamo aspettando", "non lo abbiamo del colore che vuoi, c'è quest'altro". Non esiste. Al momento dell'ordine viene comunicata una data per invogliarti all'acquisto "ordina entro le 16, spediamo domani" e poi passano giorni o addirittura settimane. Un servizio IMBARAZZANTE.

Faccio un ordine il 15 del mese e la merce a causa di malintesi tra il negozio ed il corriere mi arriva con 2 settimane di ritardo,come se non bastasse all' apertura del pacco mi rendo conto che mancava un rinvio rispetto alla quantità ordinata e pagata.Voglio sperare che sia stato un caso ma è del tutto inaccettabile.

Zuerst wurde nach meiner Vorauszahlung eine Nachforderung verlangt, obwohl ich den ganzen geschuldeten Betrag bezahlt hatte. Dann ist die Rücksendung unpassender Artikel (Schuhe) äusserst mühsam und geht voll zulasten des Kunden. Ob ich eine Rückerstattung wirklich bekomme, bin ich nicht sicher

Two star because - returning an item will cost the customer 20€. This I find is really not good. I ordered the shoes, the size was large and returning the shoe costed me another 20€. Why should I pay for the shipment. It's understandable that size can vary if one buys online. But looting money from the customer for the same is just obsurd. I am afraid to buy anything from there shop again as I am not sure if I have to return the stuff and it will cost me more. Not recommended. Two stars for good quality for product. What's the use if you can't use it

Commande recu 10 jours après, commandé basket en 46 ,reçu taille 45!! NUL . Aucun intérêt d'acheter chez eux. Attention je rajoute que l'on me fais chanter 20e pour que moi je renvoi les baskets ups!! Alors qu'ils reconnaissent leurs erreur ! Ils ont répondu à trustpilot mais pas à ma demande de ticket retour gratuit! Ouahhouu ! 😂😂😂
