BagBee was amazing! We were travelling with 5 people through Iceland. As you can imagine with bags, carry-ons and people the SUV was uncomfortable with no visibility out the back of the vehicle and backpacks at our feet. BagBee checked our bags at our hotel and transported them to airport freeing up so much space and time for our long journey home. And then when our bags dropped they had the adorable BagBee stick on them making them even easier to identify. I love this service.

When I first reserved a pickup with BagBee I thought, what a good idea, someone else can carry my bag. They are SO much more than that! I had an afternoon flight and they picked my bag up at 9am. They explained everything to me, showing me how they checked in the bags the exact same way it would have been done at the airport. They put a tamper proof tag on the zippers and gave me a receipt. They sent me pictures showing the bags at the airport and being loaded in at the airlines. They did ALL of the work with my luggage while I got to enjoy a few my hours of vacation time before catching a ride to the airport. I would 100% use them again!

Great Service, not to carry your luggage. However, keep in mind that the airport and security can open your bag, and lose it, just like what happened to me. It was still worth it though, it was delivered early the next morning to my house. The airport and security was not a good experience, it never is . Security does not care about our "stuff", travel light is the best advice.

10/10. Perfect service, on time and a delivered as promised. Highly recommended for a stress free travel. The seal to make sure that no one had opened your bag was the cherry on top.

Bag collection was quick and easy and the process was explained to me with each step. Made it much easier to enjoy a day without having to carry bags round and they arrived at my destination with no problem.

Good service , friendly and helpfull staff

I work in the travel industry and tried BagBee on my last travel, and quickly realized how this service is a game changer for travelers. The luggage pick-up is hassle-free. The agent is very good and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all questions pertaining to the service so you will not have "separation anxiety" from your luggages! You also get gps access and photos of your luggages being handled and checked in at the airport. I travelled with my family, 6 of us, and this service made our trip to the airport easy, straight to security check and to our gate for the flight.
