My luggage was picked up from hotel room 1 day before the flight. And because the flights on 19.oct were all canceled, and on 20th, the airport was so crowded and messy. Queue for everything. Excellent service

We used BagBee to handle 2 large checked bags and they were outstanding. They picked them up in the lobby of our hotel In Reykjavik and we didn’t have to deal with lugging our bags through the airport and immigration. In fact we didn’t see our bags again until we pulled them off the luggage carousel at our final destination in the US. Incredibly seamless and easy! Thanks for taking care of our luggage. It made the return trip home much more pleasant!

We used BagBee when we were leaving Iceland. Saw an ad for it on the elevator. What a great service. They arrived at time scheduled to pick up our luggage and checked it in. Keep us up to date using texts. They were polite. Best of all we did not have to deal with our luggage and he checked us in, so no need to go to service desk for airline. It was great!

Well, precise instructions, easy to book. The man who picked up our suitcases was thorough and sent us pictures of the cases when they had been checked in. I recommend this setcice. No waiting in lines, no suitcasea to drag. Perfect.

Bagbee delivered! Despite a small glitch with their website scheduling, the Bagbee team showed up at the dock where we'd just disembarked right on time and checked in our bags for Icelandair, so we could enjoy the day luggage-free before heading to the airport. Great service. Friendly staff.
