Czech Republic | 31 July 2023We experienced a problem with the boarding passes issued on-line by the Icelandic Air app. (the QR code didn't contain baggage allowance info). Anyway, the driver and operator were helpful, loaded bags anyway and resolved the issue in person at the airport. Therefore, the service was provided despite the glitch in the Matrix.

His communication was precise, quick and friendly and he made sure I understood the process and was kept up to date while the bags were not in my hand, including detailed photos of the bags going through security and of the labels on the bags. Traveling alone with kids isn't easy, but choosing BagBee was such an amazing way to make a rental car return plus an early morning check in 100 times easier. I'd do it again in a second! Thank you!!!
