Thank you to our site Engineer Sully for all his work today at our offices during the change over of telephony systems and set up of the Call Switch One product. Sully was helpful and knowledgable throughout and no request too much! He has made the switch over nice and stress free! I would like to thank Oliver Budd, for all his hard work and help today, after having a morning of telephone issues and no incoming calls for most of the day, Oliver came to the rescue, he assessed the issue and had the issue sort very quickly and efficiently. Even thou my day started off a bit turbulent Oliver made everything all ok, he was happy to help and went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what was happening and what he was going to do resolve the issue.
