Our telephony company replaced our fibre connection to our head office yesterday evening and left us with no VPN, Firewall, or Printing function, then I called Global4 this morning and Stewart and Jake were here in 30 minutes and spent a little over an hour to rectify the issue, I can honestly say these guys are the bees knees and today was proof in the pudding how exceptional they are. Stewart came at the weekend and tidied our server room and re-patched all our switches. He did the BEST job and I am so grateful to him for giving up his weekend for me. There was enough tat to fill a skip, most of which had been left plugged and switched on by the previous IT company. Cannot recommend Stewart (and the rest of the team) highly enough. Best decision I have made, switching to Global 4 :-)
