Had an issue with broadband connectivity, after remote troubleshooting Sean managed to arrange an engineer callout swiftly. As requested Tony the engineer was tasked to the job, we’ve a great relationship with him and wouldn’t want anybody else to attend to any of our premises, he set the services up, has a great personality but almost importantly knows what he’s doing. Tony couldn’t be more helpful - identified the issue and resolved in good time. It’s always a pleasure to have him around and he genuinely is one of the best faces of the business a company could ask for, great character and top engineer.

Becky Young has always been a fantastic webchat operator. She always has the answer and delivers excellent service all year. A real superstar!

Tony attended our branch today - on time and very friendly. Sorted out our issue within a timely manner - although he came across some issues, these were soon investigated and fixed. He didn’t leave until it was all put back and cleaned up. Great asset to your company :)!

We required a new external extension bell fitting on the shop floor. Good communication to book the visit with Mark Jackson. All ran smoothly and on time. The engineer, Tony completed the job and left the area in a good clean condition.

Great service from Liam

Liam did a great job, really friendly and overall got it sorted in a short time frame. Ollie, who we spoke to in the office also got everything sorted straight away. Once the problem was identified, Liam was on site the next day to fix the issue.

Saun and Tony were amazing at helping us get up and running. We had issues with our router and Saun made sure Tony could get out to us fast and get the router all working so we could get Internet to trade. Fantastic work.

A massive thanks to Ben Elsden @global4 for helping me to puzzle out & then implement what turned out to be a really simple solution to a call routing issue that had been bugging me! Saved me having to invest in a call answering service that would have been expensive and then made the changes quickly, efficiently and with no impact at all to our customers' ability to contact us.
