Having swapped platforms with Global4, we have just completed training on the new 8x8 plaform with Matthew Wilson. Matthew undertook the training with patience and understanding of our company and what was required long term from the system. He went through all aspects of the software relevant to us ensuring I understood everything before moving on to the next stages. Nothing has been too much trouble, and Matthew has even been on hand with the tech side assisting others in the company with the new 8x8 app when they have ran into trouble. As always, Matthew has provided exceptional service and suport 24/7 during the installation and training. Thank you

Tony came to our site to help with our phonelines and in internet, as we love tech, it helps the running of our pharmacy. we received exceptional service from Tony. He worked hard to resolve a few little issues whilst making us laugh by playing with a Santa hat he found in branch. Hopefully this is the start of a good partnership which will se each other grow together.

We had a couple of visits from Sullivan and Matthew from Global 4. We had a new phone and broadband system in laced with new router and news phones, all installation went smoothly, they helped in all they could. Very courteous. Highly recommend their service!

Excellent, speedy installation of an additional phone for a new member of staff. Ordered Tuesday arrived Thursday and all set up on our systems 2 hours later. Ed supported us with the quote phase, he was fantastic and very understand of our internal delays and approval of the quote. Mark supported us with the order and installation process, he was incredibly helpful and patient with someone is not very technically minded! Thank you Ed and Mark

Liam attended to our office after having ongoing internet issues. He was absolutely fantastic, fixed the issue, thoroughly inspected everything, waited around to ensure we were definitely back up and running and was an all round brilliant engineer. We’ve had a great experience with Sullivan, who attended our office to carry out a survey. During the visit he also fixed intermittent issues with our phones and internet which was beyond what he was tasked to do. Sullivan was courteous, polite, helpful and overall great fun.

Their engineer Sullivan, came to our office and sorted out issues we had going on for a week in a super quick time and had explained to us all what the problem and solutions were. Super friendly service also and delay in fix was due to a part which was on order, nothing to do with the engineer himself. Based on the interaction with Sullivan, i would highly recommend.

Sullivan attended our office today and got my PC and phone working so quickly. He was incredibly friendly and helpful and is a credit to Global 4.
